- Accurate CNC sharpened drills in seconds.
- CNC sharpened drills are ground to closed tolerances and
have better finishes.
- Machine has 6 fully functioning CNC-controlled axis drills
are sharpened and point-split complete in seconds.
- Sharpens drills, step drills & subland; in addition
to today's exoctic point manufactured by Guhring, Sumitomo,
Sandvick, Dormer, ADX/CDX, Hertel, Cleveland, Titex and others.
- Also sharpens carbide tools, taps, countersinks, counterbores,
reamers, slotdrill, endmills and more.
- Sharpens 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6b flute tools with with point
angles from 90 deg - 180 deg, clearance angles to 18 deg.
- Capacity 1.5mm to 32mm.
